Trilogy

Trilogy, an active adult community, is located in La Quinta which is aptly known as the “Gem of the Desert”. Construction on the community started in 2002 and the expected completion date is 2009. When completed there will be approximately 1,200 homes located on 522 acres.
Residents of Trilogy are never at a loss for something to do. They have access to such shopping venues as The River in Rancho Mirage and the prestigious shops and boutiques of El Paseo in Palm Desert. If entertainment activities are desired one is in luck! The golf club at Trilogy is widely known for hosting the popular Skins game. On the course one can expect to find 4 to 5 tees per hole, 9 Water hazards and 43 Bunkers. If you wish to purchase new construction it is important to contact the Horns before your first visit to the community.
