HERITAGE PALMS

Heritage Palms is an "age privileged" (55+), gated, golf course community located in the City of Indio, CA. Construction in this resort-like community began in 1996 and the final build out was completed in 2004 by Lennar Family of Builders. The cornerstone of the community is the Clubhouse and the Arthur Hills Golf Course.

The Clubhouse

The heartbeat of the community is the clubhouse. The dining facilities include the Grill Room and the Banquet Room. They are perfect for lunch, dinner, brunch, happy hour and those very large, special occasions and holiday meals.

Many of the community’s clubs and activities take place in the Clubhouse’s Meeting Rooms. The Billiard Room is another popular spot where residents meet for a fun game of pool. For those “crafty” folks there is a Wood Shop and Craft Room to provide residents with hours of fun and relaxation.

The community’s private Library is also located in the Clubhouse. It is stocked and maintained by the residents and volunteers keep the collection up-to-date and organized.

The Golf Course (closed October)

The golf course is a par-72 Arthur Hills championship course with yardages from 4,885 – 6,727 yards. There is a full driving range,, practice green and complete pro shop.

The Fitness Center

This well-equipped facility includes a full array of workout equipment for resident use. Daily aerobic, Pilates, circuit training and water aerobic classes are available. Personal Trainers are also available.

The Swimming Pools

Residents can choose from the heated, indoor pool or outdoor pool and spa. The views of the mountains and golf course are spectacular from the pool area.

The Tennis Courts

Four, lighted tennis courts serve the community.
